To remove the cracked Roku TV screen, unscrew the screws holding the frame in place. You can also use your thumbs to hold the two opposite corners of the set while unscrewing the screws. Be careful not to pull the TV frame away from the front of the set, as this can damage the internal braces.

On March 2019 our 55 inch tv died! The 1/4 part of the screen (left) looks like someone threw a small marble and killed the screen, it doesnt even have any cracks on the outside but the inside looks really had a gunshot :,(

xFlPr0z this sounds like you are talking about a bad LCD screen. We would need to see what you see to make that determination. Yes, it can be cracked on the inside without the outside screen having a crack. Screen cannot be repaired but only replaced. When you say it dies again let us know what you mean exactly. Shiba had a similar issue with blobs on her screen. Both issues sound like a bad or cracked LCD screen. It can't be repaired, but it can be replaced. If your device is under warranty, you can try contacting the manufacturer for help.

If your screen has lines, bring up the TV menu. If the lines run through the menu, or if the screen is cracked, your panel needs to be replaced. This is not a cost effective repair. If you have an extended warranty and there are lines in the panel, the warranty company will likely replace your TV. If the screen is physically cracked, this would not be covered by a warranty and you will unfortunately need to replace your television.

There are some pretty dire consequences if you lay your flat-screen TV flat for more than a few minutes. Though it may seem like a good idea to lay these down in your car, it is actually a bad idea. It can warp your screen from the angle you put it at or can crack the front of the screen.

The bumps and vibrations from the car make the insides of the TV move more than usual. The weight of the interior pieces against the screen can cause damage. They are so thin they are not meant for anything heavy, so they are designed to be vertical at all times.

I had purchased Hisense UHD 4k 43 inches Led a month before. Unfortunately the TV screen is damaged from the inside without any physical damage. Maybe because of heat or something. I happened to notice this the next day when I switched on the TV. I have raised Warranty complaint by email and they reject it, replied they will not cover display damage under warranty. Then I asked for the repair cost, team jumbo (dealer of hisense in UAE) worst customer service. After my lots of emails and phone calls they given me quotation more then my tv cost which is not makes sense and said, "If you want you can purchase new tv. Lots of online offers going." 2ff7e9595c
